I am turning into a mint addict

I actually never liked mints. Now I am popping them on my walks, drives, even at home. Thank goodness they are low calorie, but I know they have sugar and other stuff in them. I have the can of pepsi still on my dresser. It has been 5 days. The 2 cans I squeezed in Monday were enough for me to know the addiction has to stop. Now my pepsi can sits.... waiting.I took it up on Sunday thinking it was a back up so I didn't have to run downstairs in the middle of the night. Having it there is comforting though. It is there if I do break down, so I don't feel like buying it at the store bc I have one at home, but at the same time it is with a bit of defiance that I don't drink it. It has had too big of a part in my life. My body is in shock at having water. So used to pepsi all day every day. No headaches, a lot more potty breaks thanks to the water. So... I guess replacing it with mints is not too bad... for now.
