The pepsi is gone

Worked early, had my meeting afterwards, and was doing pretty good food wise until this afternoon. I was crashing after a busy long morning full of activity. So I broke down and had the pepsi that was on my dresser for the past week. BUT ... yes there is a but, I also did not have it every day all day this week, so a little is WAY better than the lots I was consuming. My sister turned me into a plentil convert, which is helping my chip cravings in a massive and healthier way. I count them out in 11 22 or 44 chip portions and have been satisfied enough not to go grabbing another 330 calorie snack bag of my favorite chips from the corner store. This afternoon was a 44 chip one. Still a mint addict. I also was able to indulge in ine of my faves for dinner, jalapeno poppers and that helped me feel satisfied that this is not a diet per say but a do-able life style change for the better. Regardless of how many pounds melt away, the real difference is I am treating my body like a temple rather than a garburator.
