Well 2 weeks today! Just celebrated with using my treadmill for half hour. I watched my show which helped a bit but I do like walking outside more but thrilled I can keep active when it's freezing cold outside. I am hoping I can go longer soon but at my weight I think I did pretty good. It's hard to believe I let myself get this far that I am struggling at half hour...lol but I will celebrate my little victories of slowly moving forward as I promised myself. Downed 3 cups of water and now my bladder is floating. Blogging for spark points!

    Two years ago, I struggled to get even 10 minutes at a time at a brisk pace.
    This past saturday? Walked briskly, with some running intervals, for 120 minutes. And still had enough energy to do chores afterward.

    Get ready to surprise yourself over and over again!!!
