Goals

It's been so long since I've been a regular on here and I'm not even sure who is still on here that I used to chat with so much. It saddens me that I let go of so many things that I love and have into stress. I wouldn't say it threw my weight off terribly but it took a lot of tone away and my stress levels until recently have been through the roof. I haven't managed my money well at all other than paying my car off a year early (woohoo to the car though!) Towards the last two months of the year I did start a self exploration journey of myself as well as one with my spouse and I have great hope for what this next year will bring us as we continue down this track. I want to focus on goals but only one in each area. Fitness, nutrition, self balance/stress reduction, money, family. Fitness: work out at least three times a week, no more than two days apart. Nutrition: drink at least 8 cups of water a day Self balance/stress: keep up on my spa rituals. Read. Use SparkPeople. Use check list Money: join accounts in mid January with my husband to reduce spending/create budget and fix up current house and save to buy a new house in the spring. Family: continue reading current book, aim for at least 30 minutes a day. Put myself first so I can put him and the kids close second. Use Cozi app to link calendar with husband. I will come back a different day with my goals for 2017 but I wanted to start small ( if you can call all these goals small!).
