Time to stop stopping

Exercise is a needed part of weight loss and being healthy. I will plan to exercise but when it is time I put it off instead. Buy some small pieces of equipment but then never use it. Start going to the gym and then stop going for long periods. I need to stop doing this and do more exercise. It isn't like I don't have time or that I don't get up in the mornings. It is that I want to do it and I don't want to do it. The don't want to wins too often. Today I went to gym and as usual I am happy that I did. Maybe if I wasn't losing weight, I'd have more incentive to exercise but I doubt it. Today starts me doing more every day. It is about health and feeling better physically.
Also going to start posting a blog at least once every week. Happy New Year's Eve. To new starts without stops.
