My darling hubby gave me a Fitbit for Christmas! I want to get back to tracking my exercise and logging my food, so this should make tracking a no-brainer!
After taking a 4 1/5 month break from workouts and food logging, I stepped on the scale with some trepidation, this morning. Surprise! I only gained 3 1/2 pounds!
I did my first workout with my new Charge 2, this morning, and it says that I've been working outside my optimal fatburning and cardio zones. It will be interesting to see if I make more progress by slowing things down. Work smarter, not harder!
