Not much! How do you blog when there's not much going on? I'll NIKE it. (just do it)
Let's see, where do I start?
Well, I have no scale to weigh myself on here at my MIL's. That is new and different. There is a small voice inside that says, "You're gonna gain weight!" There is another small voice that says "Won't it be exciting to see how much you've lost when you get back home!" An interesting exercise to be sure.
I'm doing an awful lot of sitting around here, that is no good, so I'm making little deals with myself you try and move more. I cannot relieve myself in the downstairs bathroom. I have to to upstairs. So I at least take the stairs several times a day. Better than nothing. Yesterday I walked around the stores for a couple of hours. Better than nothing, BUT, I know that I need to make more of an effort to get some serious exercise. I will try to get outside for a walk this afternoon.
Blood sugar was slightly elevated this morning. I'll have to cut back my carbs a bit further.
I'm going to stop this writing exercise right now because I'm boring myself! Gonna get out of my chair and go do some household chores.
