Add somrthing new

Doing new things can help keep your mind sharp and if a physical element is included then your body also benefits. Today I chose to go to a Tai Chi class at the senior center near my house. It was a good start and I plan to go at least once a week (they have the class Mon. and Fri.). I saw a couple of other classes that I hope to try. The slogan 'A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste' is true at any age and for any race. At least at the senior center we are all in a similar age group (55+). More new things to come as part of being healthy in body and mind,
