I actually love my exercise routine because I know I am building a stronger, healthier body. I began this journey a little more than 15 months ago and have seen so many improvements in my body, self-esteem and overall health. I know I will get the weight under control this year and reach a healthy goal weight that works for me. I know I will finish the race and then work extra hard at maintaining that weight!!!
