Healthy and Fit?

Today, imagine that you live in a world where scales do not exist. How would you measure your success? How would you know if you were healthy and fit?

That is the question asked by Spark Coach this morning.
Negative self-talk can easily turn into a damaging self-fulfilling prophecy where you live down–instead of up-to expectations.

It is an easy question for me to answer because I now feel healthy and fit.
I get some form of exercise every day.
I eat a balanced diet and follow the Spark tracker to keep it balanced.
I follow the NoS plan as much as possible.
I can't remember the last time I needed to unbutton my jeans after a meal.
I am living medication free and have all my own teeth!
