what do you say when you have nothing to say

Thursday, January 26, 2017

I wrote in a blog at the beginning of the year that I would try to write a blog at least once a week. it seems I usually have plenty to say but for some reason this is proving to be hard for me. I think because I don't feel that anyone is much interested in what I say. maybe because I don't have a bunch of pictures and funny posters to add. most of the featured blogs seem to have that added. i'm not sure if the blogs are mostly to be for yourself or for others. if for me then what is the point as I already know, think and feel what I have written. if for others but nobody really seems interested and you feel like you could write a billion blogs and none would be judged as very good or inspiring, what's the point. for these reasons I have changed my mind about posting a blog weekly.

Getting boring, repetitive and irrelevant so I've backed off a bit but follow friends and read blogs when I have time. You make your rules - this is your Spark and do it your way.

Blogs help you and also help others. Writing down what you feel can help you find what might be keeping you from losing weight or making the changes necessary to improve your lifestyle to reach your goals for a better life and better health. Your blog could help someone recognize that your problem or understanding it, is the same as what they are experiencing. Writing things out shares your good things, difficult things, and hopes for the future. I haven't blogged for quite awhile, but I am very active on the site and I read and respond to blogs. Do understand that good sparkers do not judge you for what you blog. That is not the point. The blog is yours to share what you want... It doesn't have to be long, or have any pictures or be done weekly. Write whenever you have something to share or whenever you want. It's YOUR blog. Don't make it a competition. Good luck to you in reaching your goals on your journey!
