Why 90 days?

I was reading something about someone changing their body in 12 weeks. It was a dramatic change. I wondered why 12 weeks. That's 3 months. 90 days. Right? Well, not really. 12 weeks is 84 days. 3 months is 90-92 days, depending on which months. So, I chose 90 days. It's a bit longer than 12 weeks, but I rounder number. Plus, I want to take it one day at a time.
I'm 7 days in now. No day has been "perfect" - but what's perfection? A rose by any other name...
But, I'm happy with how I've done. I'm working on making changes in my life so that I'm happy. Yes, I wish this week had been easier, sans migraine and anxiety. But at the same time, I've taken the opportunity to apply other changes I wanted to make. So, I'm happy.
Tomorrow, I meet with my trainer. I'm really hoping to. I can't lift if I have a migraine, tho I'm willing to take the risk because I really do love my workouts with her. I haven't lifted all week, though I've done a little cardio. Cross my fingers!
