I'm 10 days in. For some reason, that is significant to me. I haven't once felt like giving up or felt irritated or despondent at what I'm doing. I don't feel like I'm doing anything difficult. I'm hoping that a lot of the little things I'm doing will just become habit and continue after the 90 days. I honestly don't even think "Oops, I need to do this today" or "Oops, not allowed to do that"
Admittedly, the current list is fairly easy. I'm thinking next week of adding a new item - getting up earlier (well, getting out of bed when I wake up). I want to get adjusted well before we Spring Forward those clocks..
