I,m 69 and just finished my w/o 1hr 50 min. Pull-ups 11, Squats 181, Dips 321, Sit-ups 100, Push-ups 100 in 5 Sets each - I started 6 weeks ago. My goals are to do 100 push-ups, 200 Sit ups, 150 Dips 200 Squats, & 20 Pull-ups, I have exceeded in one so far getting closer with all the other exercises. Good luck to U on your journey.
