Keto diet... the beginning

Day 2 and I woke up to a 1 kg drop which has motivated me to keep it up. As a carb and sugar heavy eater this has been a huge change. Working through recipes to find ones that work with my tastes.
Trying coconut oil out tonight and..... us doable. Not my thing... but doable. I have started to really look at what I'm eating beyond looking at calories. Today my total carb count is 9. Before....I averaged several hundred per day. Still a work in progress.... but there is progress to be had.
