7 pounds down, staying in ketosis. I'm happy eating pepperoni cheese snacks and jalapeño poppers as they are some of my faves. Miss Pepsi but I'm staying strong with the water and I gained back half a pound the day I went over calories and under water. Working so far. Especially after I was introduced to the chocolate mug cake tonight. Yum!
