I feel like I need to reintroduce myself to SparkPeople...my last blog was July 2016 & I have pretty much been MIA for about a year. I started out at 260 lbs. in 2012...lost 35 lbs. gained a lot of it back & then started getting back on the wagon in April 2016...had a bout with anxiety & depression Sept. thru almost Dec. & was down a total of 45 lbs. since I started with SP. I am much healthier now, but 15 lbs. FOUND me, so now I'm only down about 30 lbs. I have started walking almost daily but have found that if I don't walk or ride my bike first thing in the morning, it usually doesn't happen. I have discovered some trigger foods & habits that only cause me to have to work harder...it's like driving my bike with the brakes on. I am often guilty of setting too many goals all at once, but I feel like the following goals are very DOable... Go to bed & get up at the same time, drink 8-10 glasses of water every day, exercise (walk or bike) at least 30-60 min./day, track my food & BLOG...Thank you to all my SP friends that didn't give up on me... I am BACK & "fighting the fight" but I know that I can do this...been there, done that, got the T-shirt (XXL) emoticon Take care & thanks in advance for all your love & support. Have a good week...
