Breakfast at Hampton.
Not a great selection. They did have a lot of fruit so loaded up my plate with that. Fried potatoes, not sure of the oil but had to make do. There were NO hard boiled eggs, I had planned on those so took a bite of their omelet, remembered that there was cheese in it so spit it out. There was some link sausage so little to no sugar, hopefully. No picture.
Lunch
We stopped at Cracker Barrel. I asked for the trout with no oil, just grill it please, plain baby carrots and a fruit plate.
Dinner at my DD's and SIL's for his birthday and their anniversary. A big juicy hamburger, lots of salad, guac and pico with a mound of fruit. I passed on the sausage.
Bedtime snack
Mixed nuts, a half of an Rx bar and 3 stewed prunes. A cup of decaf.
