I haven't posted a blog entry in a while. Now seems like a good time for one.
250 mins per week of logged fitness mintues
Cardio 5X per week
Strength training 3X per week
at least one HIIT work-out per week
attack my iron requirements
Hopefully these goals will work well for me. I got sick last month, had an injury, and endured an annoying plateau. Maybe this month's plan will garner better results.
