Day 13 - SUSTAIN Journal Prompt - What do you need to do in order to continue choosing you and keep

• I want you to think about and brainstorm again the obstacles that have jumped in your way before. What has stopped you from succeeding even when you put your mind to something? This may be a revisit of the obstacles you have brainstormed during Day, but I want you to think about them again. This is so incredibly key to sustaining the work that you have done these past couple weeks and what will make you successful in the future.
• Next, brainstorm the habits, routines, safeguards, accountability partners, etc. that need to be in place for you to prepare for these hurdles. The first step is identifying the obstacles that will lie ahead. The second step is figuring out what works for you so that you will overcome them. So, deep dive into your journaling. Come up with ALL the available options you can think of.
“Time for myself is rare now a day I put so much time in others around me till it gets drained by the time it's actually me time.” One of the first things that come to mind is always the first day and making time for myself. Since then I have sincerely been putting time to the side to make for myself. I have started a journal, rescheduled plans and just took time for me.
I have been thinking about the obstacles just like I have said in several posts I have realized I self-inflect myself with negative energy. I should make rime and goals that are not simple but that force me to push myself to the limit without getting to the breaking point. I must get on a steadier routine of sleeping eating and utilize my free time to be productive. There is always something that you can improve on with yourself.
I am going to start having me time in the morning before I even think about touching my phone to get in touch with the outside world. I’m just going to be a better person. I want to get closer to my family. I must take more time to focus on me. Whatever I see as a hurdle, I now know I can overcome it.
