Progress Report from May 2016- May 2017

Saturday, May 27, 2017

Was going through old photos on my computer yesterday and ran across one from May 29, 2016 and so I thought I would take one yesterday to compare:

May 29, 1016

May 26, 2017 (excuse the hair, just woke up)

I now realized after coming on that I haven't blogged since December of 2015. Can't believe it has been that long. So here's a quick update, gave up for awhile and decided I needed to get back on track again. Changed my eating habits and have gave up pop. Went down from a woman's size 22-24 to a a size 16-18 depends how the clothes are cut.

I'm working on my second job since last year. Went from being a pharmacy technician to a nurse aide. Love taking care of the elderly better they really appreciate that I care for them like my own family. My hubby says my attitude is a lot better than it was at the pharmacy job.

I'm getting a little discouraged since the scale isn't moving much right now but am persistent that will change. Not always staying to eating healthy and getting in my exercise so I know that is the problem but working on changing them.

what a change and be patient with yourself. It has taken me a divorce and stress to reach my goal weight nearly. Not a good way to start with what I had to go thur. But I am near my goal weight. It can happen .Nice changes. Glad you found a job you enjoy.

Congrats! When my dad was in assisted living and then the hospital I really appreciated the nurse aids because they were much more compassionate and caring than the nurses! so, good for you! Glad to catch up with you! sounds like you are doing great!
