I am feeling real good this week, been getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep lately and I didn't even wake up last night. So ja, I am feeling good. Yesterday I had a real good workout later in the day. We are waiting for the roof guys to show up since we got a leak in the skylight and I was expecting them to show early in the morning. So I stayed home, since my hubby sleeps in in the morning. I usually go walking between 7 and 8 am, but I didn't want to miss the workers.
Needless to say, they didn't show... it's suppose to be this week, so I am not holding them responsible for not showing. They might come today... but heck let a person know, yah know.
Anyway my workout yesterday... did the bike, the ergo-meter for my arms, leg work (upped my repletion's to twenty), mini squads, wall push ups and lateral pull downs on the bow flex for my arms and shoulders.... got real good at these. All in all I had a good 90 workout when I was all done and I felt great! ...and I didn't snack junk food last night! I had an apple.
