So, snacking in the evening is my biggest problem right now. I am doing well most of the day, but in the evening as soon as I sit down to put my sore legs up and grab my books I also grab a snack... or two... or three.

I can do a great breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner and do well. But evening comes and I lose all progress. Sometimes it's the good for you but eat to much kind and sometimes it's the baked goods variety. Sometimes my hubby says that if I don't have the ingredients on hand I can't bake. But that is not true. Give me flour, sugar and butter and I am your goddess. I am the queen of making coffee cakes and crumbles and hot rolls. .. and my inspirations are unlimited when I crave sugary sweets. But while that all is little problem because I have learned to portion and freeze real well... it's those night time temptations that lead me to take out the portions.

Chocolate and most sweets you can keep... just give me a piece of crumb cake!

Well my resolve this week is :

NO baking!
No buying cakes!
No eating after dinner snacks!!!!

    I finally gave up and reapportioned my calories thru the day so I had some I could use for after-dinner snacks!
