In this time I have lost 7.6 kg's or 16.7 pounds after much cycling up and down
I have heard that alcohol sabotages the benefits of trying to build fitness
The muscles need glucose as a fuel not alcohol.
Alcohol makes others calories to be turned to fat. guess the effect of this on weight.
This counteracts the muscles ability to store glycogen,(the most immediate muscle fuel)
