Its worthwhile relisting the best diets.
My Sparkteam Flexitarian diet comes in a 4th overall.
For those of you with coronary troubles it would be worth a look at #10 The Ornish Diet.
I think some of my friends lean toward a low-carbohydrate Flexitarian diet.
