I'm feeling very old, we started school after Labor Day back in the olden days!

These were my helpers yesterday......today they are off to the first day of the new school year!

Wow that's very early to start school. In our state of MI we have a law that school doesn't start until after Labor Day! There are many reason the state did this, but best of all is because they wanted kids to have a full summer off. I so totally agree with this.

It's very odd for us in UK as our school summer break is end of July to beginning of September. How lovely to have your grandchildren with you.
