As I write down my thoughts for the day, I feel like I am journaling rather than doing a blog. I went to bed super early last night, tired from mowing and also I didn't want to be tempted to snack. I woke up at 3:15 am and tried for an hour to go back to sleep. I finally got up and came downstairs and watched a movie. I finally started to doze off and was going to go back to bed after dh left, but he made the bed and I didn't want to unmake it. About 10 I made myself get in 5000 steps, and had a bowl of fat burning soup and 3 oz of turkey. I had a hard time all day not wanting to snack, but thankfully I resisted. I ended up with more calories than I wanted, but I was still within my goal range. Finished walking another 5000 steps, so guess I can say another good day. Best part I was down 1 more lb today. Good night
