New objectives, stepped changes

Not neceasarily to be in line with Sparkguys small changes but more what could be most appropriate to me.

I have decided to now only record new weight loss amounts of a minimum of 2.5kg or 5.5 pounds.
This may seem a lot however to me at a current high of 173.5kgs or 381.7 pounds is realistic in terms of the scales that I have to use.
When weighing, my weight can fluctuate by a couple of kilos. I always try to record a maximum value
So currently at 173.5 kg I will still wegh daily but not record a weightloss until I am sure that I have broken the 170kg mark in the first instance.
After that it will also be fixed until there are further 2.5 kg losses.

The point of all this is so I dont go sabotaging myself after small losses,
Daily weighing will still act as a curb on weight increases
The stages aimed for are probably realistic for me at my current bariatric weight.
