I am not using the Spark nutrition tracker as I should.
I try to get most of the macro-nutrients protein, carbs, calcium etc in the first half of the day and this is what I record. The morning total is usually up to 550 calories.
This way I can relax knowing that if needs be there is a reduced emphasis on missing out on any requirement for the rest of the day.
It probably wont be too long before I engage in another VLCD diet using Optislim Shakes again.
This will mean that there will be very few things that need recording anyway.
Following on from the VLCD diet, I then hope that by maybe I can progress to a 2 meal day regime.
