Encouraged

I am feeling very encouraged today. I worked out yesterday, and today I was concerned about having too many things to do to get to the gym. Well, what pops up but the 10 minute a day program. I can do that. I will be able to work that in on the days I cannot go to the gym.

Aside from me, our friends in South Texas are really devastated by Hurricane Harvey. They are still getting it. A lot of our people from East Texas are down there helping out. We also have Louisiana, other neighboring states and even the NYPD and the NYFD helping. A furniture store has opened its doors to the displaced to give them a place to sleep. Buk-eeys (forgive the spelling) is giving the workers a place to relax and food to eat. Wow, this is what the USA is all about. Please keep all of the people on the Texas and Louisiana coastline in your prayers. This isn't over yet.
