... into action this Spring. That's right - Spring. It's Spring, Spring, Spring, Spring here in New Zealand.
So far this month (okay it's only day 3 I know but...) I have been for a couple of walks and have been active for over 60 minutes a day!
Small steps, but starting well and I really aim to keep it up and build on the positives.
I am also aiming to adjust my extremely poor nutritional and beverage choices setting from full steam ahead to go slow - not realistic to cut out all treats and goodies but to cut down, honestly, will be a wise decision that I will thank myself for.
So, dear Sparker, have a fantastic Sparking day.
