Each time I repeat these lessons I realize how my life has changed in a really good way.
Day #79 Live as a Healthy Person
My healthy life:
1. Nutrition--eat healthy foods with just enough extras to keep it interesting!
2. Exercise-- keep active
(Walks with fellow Sparker Tina are a joy added to my life.)
(Virtual walks with Sparker Diana are also very interesting. We just finished walking the Amalfi Coast in Italy!)
3. Family--always be open to new and fun plans
(Hubby and I are blessed with a very large, very wonderful, very active family!)
(Today I'm flying to Florida on a "sister's trip to visit the sister there; 4 sisters on a plane, that's a rainbow moment!)
4. Friends--continue to spend time with those who keep laughter and joy in my life.
(I have some awesome friends both in life and on line)!
5. Personal--have regular checkups to stay off meds (still doing very well with this one).
Always keep your "ahh" spaces and look for rainbows!
