A Good Attitude

Having a good attitude helps you accomplish your Spark goals and, I believe makes you healthier. I have always been a worrier and a stresser. This did nothing for my health. When I learned to allow God to carry me through the worry and stress, my attitude changed and I am a much happier person.

Also, our attitude toward others is important. If we hold grudges or become jealous of the things someone else has, It can make us unhealthy.

So lets all try to have a positive attitude and let others deal with their own drama. Life is too short to not enjoy it to the fullest.
