Excited with Life

I am so excited. My husband and I have been retired for over five years, but it seems like all we have done is work. We live on a cattle ranch in Texas and the work never stops. I have finally talked my husband into completely retiring from the cattle business. We bought a small camper for the two of us to travel in (I love to camp), and we are getting it ready for the road. This has given me a new goal in my Spark Program. I want both of us to take care of our health so that we have many good years together to enjoy our lives. I am 67 and he is 76, so we need to start enjoying life. I am so EXCITED!!! Take it from me, if you are young, take care of yourselves so that the golden years will actually be golden. If you are older, take time NOW to take care of your health for the years you have left. God is good and He gave us marvelous bodies that we need to be good stewards of.
