Still Plateauing..... A1C even higher. Now reaching 6.5

The 2017 bloodwork shows my edging toward diabetes. The weight just won't go off. Tonight i started the Plateau program with spark coach. I am clearly either in denial or I am testing myself. Balancing carbs, increasing exercise/walking, and minding the fruits and veggies, keeping the balanced plate half full with these foods.

two days ago I did 25 minutes of cardio via walking tapes, I will do 25 more today. For the first time I know what it means to feel the burn, and feel good about it.
It feels like a shift in how I see myself in the world.

    God bless you! I am plateauing also. 135. I need to get down to 125 at least. Due to my health I must get the rest of my weight off too. I am doing much better since I have been on a whole foods, no refined or fried foods diet. I am hoping we can get our LDS Ladies team going again. Come join us. We need you! emoticon emoticon
