New Goal for My 40th!

Just because I want to write this down and make it "real", I am sharing my goal with you. I want to hit my 100lb weight loss by my 40th birthday in May. We are going to Italy and I don't want to have to worry about clothes shopping, certain activities or a bathing suit.
My goal is to lose about 10 pounds each month and I will get there! I know some months will be less and some may be more, but I know this is a doable plan.
My goal includes eating real, whole foods. No crazy diets or exercising for 2+ hours daily. I have done that and it all came back plus some. I want to do this in a healthy way and I know what that is for me. I truly believe none of us are dumb, we know what we need to do. We often just struggle with the "doing" part.
The only way for me to get it done, is to just do it. No negotiation, no putting it off later, no starting tomorrow (or Monday), no starting after I eat that "thing" , etc. I have done all of that before and it didn't work. Time for something new. No more BS'ing myself, time to be impeccable with my word. To myself!
