I just got back from my morning walk and it was really beautiful outside; crisp with a light chill. Enough for me to wear a light jacket and a headband. I get migraines when my forehead gets cold. Anyway I was thinking about the steps I deliberately take every day for workouts and the steps we take every day without even thinking about it.

I was cooking yesterday. One of my marathon cooking sessions to get a bunch of meals in the freezer....
Usually I only wear my tracker when I go for a workout. Yesterday I forgot to take it off and was very surprised to learn that I made nearly 2000 steps in my kitchen alone just while cooking, prepping meals and cleaning the dishes.
