... I'm not thinking 'what if I can't', but 'what if I can'?
Just a ramble blog but I think what my thoughts identify is that I am not scared of failing/not completing, I am scared of succeeding;
What if I can?
What if I do?
Failure/not completing is not new to me (started but not completed this weight loss and transformation journey so many times) but actually reaching the goal and maintaining it - man, that's uncharted territory and that, my friends, that is scary ...
And in other news ... it's 10.35am Saturday morning for me and I was up and out doing my second walk combining running (ran a little longer each split) before 8am. Feeling great that my goal for today has already been achieved.
I hope everyone has a super sparking weekend - be good and be kind to yourself and others
