working out

I been switching up between outside walking and treadmill walking this week due to the weather. I must say I always hated the treadmill, but I think that is changing.
I did my workout and now twice in one week I was able to walk an entire 40 minutes in one go on the treadmill. I am going to keep that up throughout next week and Thanksgiving, but after that I will start working on making it 60 minute. I walk 3 mph and got so used to that speed that it feels comfortable. So 60 minute will be a challenge.

I did a fun workout this morning... 45 minutes on the treadmill (with my headphones on and music blasting...lol); a minute on the versa-climber (impressive for me due to my bad knees) and 15 minutes on the bow flex doing standing and seated wide lat pull downs. I got 50 lbs. on it right now. I can't go higher yet, since I had surgery 6 weeks ago on my left breast and the scar is still healing. To finish my workout off I did the last 15 minutes on the bike... and walked around the house for cool down. It was so much fun and went by real quick. But that's it for me today. Got shopping to do and then work on the quilt some more, I have 10 days left to finish it.
