I woke up this morning and got out of bed after 9 hours of sleep. Well, I didn't sleep all the way through. First I woke with an headache, sinuses got dry, so I went back to bed to sleep it off. Which I did.
But my surprise came when I weighed myself... I am 3 lbs. down. I worked real hard to control my snacking and evening noshing. So I got finely rewarded. I think the 3 walks on my treadmill helped, also. My goal is to keep it and add another by New Year. Time is running short, lets see what I can do when I focus.
