Paying myself!!

I just saw a post on the start page about paying yourself a dollar every time you do a workout. Genius!! I am totally on board with this. I can't wait to see what I can buy after a month or two. I think I am worth more than a dollar though. Maybe I will pay myself a dollar for every 15 minutes or $5 if I work out on a really rough day. I will have to think about it. I am starting my "skinny bank" jar tonight! emoticon

    My first purchase with my "pay" was a new scale. It tells me my weight, BMI, water weight percentage, muscle weight %, and max calories! I am loving watching the changes in the different categories! Now I have to exercise more, because I'm broke!! emoticon
