Today on SparkCoach the thought is to share my goals. I know I’ve shared mine many times here with different teams, with my wonderful Spark friends and in several blogs.
300 days: Log in to SparkPeople every day!
In checking back I see I’ve logged in 99% of the time since I joined over 5 years ago. I do know the 26 days I didn’t log in I was on a plane, in a hospital or otherwise not able or interested in logging in.
So today I’m not wondering about my goals so much as why haven’t I achieved the major one that I started out with which is “healthy” on the BMI Chart that my doctor uses and is printed out on every visit.
I’ve gone from “obese” to “overweight”, have maintained that for a couple of years now. The last few pounds to put me in the “healthy” category are very doable. So what’s the holdup?
Procrastination, plain and simple because I’m retired, the family is well, hubby is doing fine and the only person I need to work on is me. I literally have no excuses!
