Spring goals and how I plan to get there

I get the joy of going to summer camp with my kiddos from church. I am excited but then I look at myself and think "How am I really going to enjoy camp.....like this?" So my goal is to try and lose at least 20 pounds before June 11th. This is my plan to get there. I hope to reevaluate my plan every two weeks and make changes where I need to. I need to this for myself to be healthy and for my kiddos so I can make sure to have a great time while at camp.

Food plan:
Drink 8 cups of water daily
track food and be in range 1,340 - 1,690 calories
No eating after 8pm.

Exercise plan:
10+ mins of workout 5 days a week.
