Back from Vacation!

One more time through the lessons of this book!
I just returned from vacation and even though I know not to weigh in yet, it is true that old habits can return and before we know it the days go by without enough fruit, veggies and water.
There was at least oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit at most hotels so I began my days with a good breakfast.
However not too many restaurant menus had “real” vegetables and salads seemed to be basic lettuce with dressing. So today I’m catching up with the group on the 100 Days team that began on Monday.....
