Been a rough couple of days...

Ugh. The last 2 days have been plagued with horrible bouts of nausea, body aches and exhaustion. I am feeling better, but I only feel about 80%. I would like to go to the gym tomorrow and Friday but it's going to depend on how I feel...

On the upside I did start with my trainer on Monday and I absolutely love this trainer! She actually used to be overweight so she completely gets what I'm going through. I have a 6 month contract with her, so my goal is to lose 60-70 pounds over the next 6 months. I know that is very doable! I would love to be under 200 by Christmastime. Once I get under 200, I really feel like I won't have that far to go. Ultimate goal is 150, but if my body is comfortable say at 160, then that's goal met! I'm flexible when it comes to my final goal. Honestly, as long as I'm at 175 or below, I'm satisfied with that! I was very happy with my body and how I looked at 175, I just think I could lose an additional 25. But it's going to depend on what my body wants!

I just wanted to share a quick update. I'm looking forward to feeling 100% again, but at least I'm better than I was!

    Ugh... feeling under the weather can be trying. Hang in there. Not sure I could go with a personal trainer, good for you!
