I love the way the spark challenges are set up. I challenged myself to 45 days on three of them, and am doing real good. I had to figure out some of the settings, but so far I have not missed.
I am learning a great deal about myself, too. The eat the rainbow challenge is the hardest for me, so I discovered. Even so I set it real low for just 5 fruits and vegetables I had to discover that is a real challenge for me.
It wasn't always like that for me. Salads and a multitude of vegetables used to be on my plate every day. Not sure when it changed, but it sure explains the sluggish weight loss I been experiencing. So the goal for the week is to take a good look at what I eat, reduce some of the carbs and aim for more than five a day.
