back on track

..sometimes it feels like everything has to stop; which it did for me a few days ago. Now, I am back on track. I listened to my body and rested. I did what ever I felt like and slept a lot. But I did not record or even track for nearly a week. Now I am back on track. I did not gain a single ounce from when I left off and am moving in the right direction again. (down by 0.2 this morning). I am back to walking and when I get my new fitness tracker to work I will be recording again more accurately. This feels right, it feels like I am in charge again.

    Sometimes it takes exactly this - listening to your body, taking care of what it needs, and then getting back to your goals. So glad you were mindful of what your body needed!
