I wrote in an earlier blog that I am doing the Keto diet because nothing else was working for me. I have been thinking (could be a dangerous thing) that I should use this as an opportunity to break my sugar and salty food addictions for good.
I think we all know how these kinds of food are ruining our health as well as making us overweight and obese. So, I have decided to try to change the way I eat for good. When it comes to sugar it has to be all or nothing for me. I am thinking a little fruit for the antioxidants they contain and that is all the sugar that I will eat.
