sometimes it surprises me how things happen. I was complaining... was that just yesterday ?about the weight gain last week and here I am already 2 of the 3lbs down. I had a reasonable Sunday and managed 20 minutes on the bike. I am back on intermittent and as that was doing good for me before I blame it on the not eating that caused the weight loss. I am happy, don't get me wrong. Let's see what I can do this week.... 4th of July and all!

I finished another project I was working on and am ready to send it off to my seller (my daughter) let's see what happens. It's a kids quilt that I had quilted/stitched with vines and frogs and with butterflies since the motive has Diego from Dora the explorer on it. My daughter has a new shop location (locally) and moved all her (and mine) inventory last week. Let's see if this new place does better for her selling her art (and my crafts).

I finally learned not to get freaked out by wild swings in my weight - 3# up can easily turn into 1# down the following day (don't ask me how that happens, I just know it does!). It's when it stays 3# up for a week or two that I know those pounds are serious!

You do such nice work. You're very talented when it comes to crafty projects. That is exciting about the new store to sell your items. Sometimes location makes a big difference. Hope it works out good for you and your daughter. And congrats on the weight loss!!
