Feeling much better, back is still sore and gets stiff in the morning, but I walked today and did fine.
I managed 30 minutes for the first time since I hurt my back. So I am getting there. We had a bunch of errands to run today. While out and about I bought myself a new carpet for the living room. Just a small one 5 x 8 from the Habitat for Humanity store. It cost me only $ 39 and I am pretty excited about that. lol ..how sad is that... getting excited over a carpet.

    Getting 30 minutes of walking time is excellent. Glad you are bouncing back so well. I bet your new rug looks nice too. Always feels good when you find something you like right away and you just know its what you were looking for. Nothing wrong with getting excited about that. Sounds like you had a really good day.
